Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for AI architecture, aligning with the company's goals for the 2026 product roadmap.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-performance AI models and distributed systems capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs) into production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce architectural standards, code quality guidelines, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role within AI/ML or high-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Proven track record designing complex, scalable system architectures and microservices.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical debt effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
