The Role:
As a Senior React Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing user-facing features for our proprietary SaaS platform. You will bridge the gap between design and engineering, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation of complex UI components while maintaining code quality and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable front-end architectures using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks and implement high-performance solutions to ensure lightning-fast load times and smooth user experiences.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Testing & QA: Implement rigorous testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure application stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (Sass/SCSS).
- State Management: Deep understanding of state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
- Build Tools: Experience with modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.
- Version Control: Strong proficiency in Git and collaborative platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
