Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and implementation of cloud-native microservices
- Mentor 5+ developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Drive CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement security best practices across all infrastructure layers
- Present technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Conduct performance tuning and system capacity planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in AWS/GCP infrastructure and container orchestration
- Strong background in Python, Go, or Java with microservices architecture
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI)
- AWS/Azure/GCP certification required (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Proven track record of mentoring junior developers
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
