Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff and external clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Set up and configure new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT incidents and service tickets within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement new software patches and security updates.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking concepts.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain relevant certifications (CompTIA A+ preferred).
