About the Role:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions. You will lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices across the board.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Lead the technical architecture for complex projects and ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
