Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assist with hardware setup, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for software and network connectivity issues.
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Update and maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and user issues.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires on standard software applications.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations (Windows/macOS) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
