What You Will Be Doing
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your focus will be on accuracy, speed, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and package merchandise for shipment according to customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy materials within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
