Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution.

- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain strict adherence to KPIs and SLAs during night operations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Strong computer literacy and MS Office skills.
- Ability to work full-time night shifts (Shift: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
