Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
