Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-paced environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills and empathy-driven approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic settings
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Maryland driver's license may be required for field visits
