Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer issues using CRM systems and escalation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in Salesforce
- Meet daily performance metrics including response times and resolution rates

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)

- Strong typing skills (60+ WPM) and computer literacy
