Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints, questions, and issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately using our CRM software.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer navigation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
