Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with long-term business objectives.
- Lead high-level research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Networks.
- Oversee the development and deployment of scalable AI solutions that drive competitive advantage.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and rapid prototyping of future concepts.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the AI landscape to mitigate threats and capitalize on trends.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders and non-technical leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (10+ years of experience considered in lieu of degree).
- Proven track record of leading strategic technology initiatives, specifically within the Artificial Intelligence sector.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning algorithms, NLP, and predictive modeling.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience in the United States market with a focus on scalable SaaS or enterprise solutions.
