Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for next-gen tech adoption
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence, or Web3
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
