Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define features and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and perform thorough testing to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
- Optimize existing systems for speed and scalability, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the engineering department.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
