Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for internal and external customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in the training of new support staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support or technical assistance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
