Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure
- Mentor 5+ engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Lead Agile ceremonies and roadmap planning
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams on feature delivery
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years software development experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expert in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong Python/Java/Go proficiency
- Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD mastery
- Proven track record of mentoring teams
- Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
