Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for 2026 and future strategic milestones.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen AI workloads and global user bases.
- Lead the migration and integration of emerging technologies, including GenAI, Quantum Readiness, and Green Computing protocols.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into robust technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and security.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong command of programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Demonstrated experience implementing Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions at scale.
- Proven track record of leading diverse engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
