Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, decentralized systems, and climate-tech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with potential to disrupt our industry by 2026
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with quantifiable ROI models
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across 12+ global R&D centers
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level positions
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or blockchain
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Patent portfolio with ≥3 granted technology patents
