Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for our core systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including AI-driven optimization and quantum-ready architectures.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of technical excellence by mentoring senior engineers and architects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and C-suite executives to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure full compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, microservices, and containerization.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and how they integrate into backend architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
