Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems for autonomous agents and generative AI models targeting the 2026 deployment horizon.
- Neural Interface Integration: Lead the technical integration of brain-computer interface (BCI) protocols into our core software stack.
- Future Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with R&D to define the technical milestones and software releases for the upcoming years.
- High-Performance Computing: Optimize algorithms for quantum processing units (QPUs) and edge computing environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical engineering implementation.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to ensure responsible technology deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML or robotics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in the context of 2026 trends (e.g., advanced NLP, autonomous vehicles, or quantum computing basics).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical storytelling and stakeholder management.
