Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and maintain the comprehensive technology roadmap leading up to and beyond 2026, identifying emerging tech trends.
- System Architecture: Design resilient, scalable, and secure system architectures that support high-growth scenarios.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead research and implementation of next-gen technologies, including AI, quantum computing concepts, and edge computing.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide senior engineering teams and mentor junior developers in best practices for future-proof code.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, security, and operations teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration, data engineering, and blockchain technologies.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in a dynamic environment.
