Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in future-gazing methodologies (scenario planning, tech forecasting)
- Executive-level experience in cross-functional tech leadership
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
