Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, secure AI systems aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead the migration to next-generation generative AI models and large language applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to define ethical AI frameworks.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging AI technologies and vendors.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI model accuracy and deployment success.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or AI Architecture.
- Proven experience leading AI strategy initiatives and architectural roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Experience in a high-velocity, startup-like environment.
