Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Drive R&D investments toward high-impact innovation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or products
- Expertise in emerging tech trends with deep knowledge of at least one: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in relevant field (MBA, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
- Experience managing innovation portfolios with $5M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
