Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI infrastructures designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal systems in high-traffic environments.
- Define and implement ethical AI guidelines, ensuring fairness and transparency in algorithmic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization to reduce inference latency and costs.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at scale (AWS, GCP, or Azure experience required).
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
