Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route 50+ daily calls
- Coordinate executive calendar management and meeting logistics
- Greet and screen all visitors with exceptional client service
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding coordination and new employee orientation
- Maintain confidential HR records and sensitive information
- Coordinate building facilities requests and vendor communications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive reception or high-level administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Professional appearance and polished business etiquette
- Discretion handling confidential information
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
