Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and screen/executive communications with discretion
- Greet/assist all visitors with professionalism while maintaining security protocols
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventory
- Support administrative functions including document preparation and data entry
- Collaborate with team on office events and special projects
- Maintain organized reception area and common spaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years receptionist or executive administrative experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Discretion handling confidential information
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Chicago metropolitan area residency required
