Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and route 100+ daily calls with precision
- Coordinate executive calendar management and complex meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and office supply inventory
- Oversee visitor protocol including badge issuance and conference room scheduling
- Support HR functions onboarding new hires with orientation materials
- Maintain digital filing systems with confidential data protection protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate receptionist or executive assistant experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Professional demeanor with polished business communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive situations
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- High school diploma with additional administrative certifications preferred
