- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments with meticulous attention
- Oversee visitor protocols including badge issuance and escort services
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation and filing
- Collaborate with facilities team for office supply inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years corporate receptionist experience in professional services
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and diplomacy skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations
- Discretion handling confidential executive communications
