Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, screening and routing 50+ calls daily
- Coordinate executive calendars and complex meeting arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Greet and screen all visitors with professional demeanor
- Assist with onboarding logistics and new hire orientation
- Prepare executive correspondence and confidential documents
- Coordinate vendor relationships and facility maintenance requests
Qualifications
- 3+ years executive receptionist or front desk experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Discretion with confidential information
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of Washington DC business etiquette
- Associate degree or equivalent certification preferred
