Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and route 50+ daily calls professionally
- Coordinate executive calendars, complex travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Greet and screen all visitors with exceptional customer service standards
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
- Execute confidential document management and data entry tasks
- Collaborate with administrative team on special projects and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years executive receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor with polished business appearance
- Discretion handling confidential financial and client information
- Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
- Experience in financial services or professional services environment
