- Coordinate executive calendars and complex meeting arrangements
- Process visitor badges and security protocols
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence
- Assist with office supply inventory and vendor management
- Support administrative functions for HR and Finance teams
- Maintain professional reception area presentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate receptionist experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of office equipment (AV systems, copiers)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma required, bachelor's preferred
