We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer. Based in our vibrant San Diego office, you will be the cornerstone of our executive operations, managing complex schedules, coordinating high-stakes travel, and facilitating seamless communication between the C-suite and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage a rigorous executive calendar, prioritizing tasks, blocking out focus time, and rescheduling meetings as needed with diplomacy.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa processing.
- Communication Management: Screen and route incoming communications; draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Event Planning: Organize and oversee company events, board meetings, and executive offsites, ensuring all logistics are executed flawlessly.
- Project Support: Assist in special projects and ad-hoc initiatives, conducting research and preparing briefing materials.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive company information and executive matters.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities without compromising quality.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities and last-minute requests.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
