Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, expense reports, and presentation materials with precision and efficiency.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and confidential correspondence.
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, board meetings, and corporate events.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
