Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage executive calendars, book meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments with precision.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Communication Management: Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, including emails, memos, and presentations.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure all materials are distributed prior to sessions.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming inquiries, screen phone calls, and direct messages to the appropriate parties efficiently.
- Project Management: Assist in tracking project deadlines and maintaining project-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Software: Familiarity with CRM software or scheduling tools is a plus.
