Responsibilities
- Manage complex and high-volume calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries with precision.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper, screening calls and managing communications to ensure executive time is optimized.
- Prepare detailed briefing materials, meeting agendas, and presentation slides for executive meetings and board presentations.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Manage and track departmental expenses, including budget monitoring and expense reporting.
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication and act as a liaison between the executive team and staff.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Proven track record of managing complex travel logistics and expense reports.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
