- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product knowledge to provide accurate advice.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new clients to ensure smooth onboarding.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach to debugging.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
