Responsibilities
- General Administration: Manage daily office operations, including receiving visitors, answering phones, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company meetings, conferences, and team-building events.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supply levels and place orders to ensure the office is fully equipped.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for employee records and contracts.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure service quality.
- Support Staff: Assist other departments with administrative tasks and coordinate inter-departmental communications.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or reception role is preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
