Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients across Nashville
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Train end-users on new technology solutions
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex issues
- Perform system maintenance and security updates
- Assist with network administration tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
