Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders.
- Screen incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and respond appropriately.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Research and compile data for special projects and special events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
