- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate executive meetings.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen incoming calls and emails, prioritizing inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Organize and maintain filing systems and confidential records with the highest level of discretion.
- Assist with event planning and office management tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
