Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional support.
- Assist customers in navigating our software platforms and resolving technical inquiries.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or product information.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex service issues.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM and navigate computer systems efficiently.
- A positive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
