Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process to ensure a smooth and positive initial experience.
- Support & Retention: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently to drive retention rates.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to our product and service offerings.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly reports on customer satisfaction and account health.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to align on client goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
