Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Onboard new clients and ensure they understand our products and services.
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM software (training provided).
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Orlando, Florida.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
