Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding calls and training sessions to ensure new clients are comfortable with our platform.
- Resolve technical inquiries and client issues with patience and efficiency.
- Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or service improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide feedback on product performance.
- Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training workshops.
