- Onboard new clients and provide comprehensive training on our products and services.
- Monitor client health scores and proactively address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and feature adoption.
- Analyze client feedback to identify trends and suggest actionable improvements.
- Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of client collateral and internal documentation.
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
