Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Document all interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the senior management team when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide full training).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be available to start immediately.
