- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues for our clients.
- Document customer feedback and escalate complex issues to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets for call volume and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (typing and navigating web browsers).
- Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
