Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and account histories.
- Identify and document customer feedback to help improve products and service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide full paid training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet business demands.
